Foundational Purpose of a Prophet!

Prophets bring Mankind to a Choice!

PDF of this material_zip

When I understood the revelation given by the Holy Ghost concerning how God’s prophets bring mankind to a choice, the Lord said to me, “I have given you the foundational purpose of being a prophet.” I will reiterate what Yahushua said concerning the law “and” the prophets.

Matthew 22:37-40 - Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment. 39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.

Why would Yahushua add in the prophets to be hanging with the law from these two commandments, especially loving your neighbor as yourself? Because the foundational purpose for God’s prophets is to again bring mankind to a choice. This begins to happen with the secret that was revealed by Yahweh to that prophet. Yahweh sows the seed in the prophet and that seed takes root by faith in that prophet by understanding it. Then that prophet sows that same seed of revelation to his or her neighbor(s) to bring mankind to a choice to either receive or reject what God is making known. Any prophet who is called of God is bound to this law. This is loving your neighbor as yourself, seeing your neighbor(s) do not know what is in secret until it be revealed through the position of a prophet. I know if I did not know something that I really needed to grasp and understand, that was even life threatening, I would want someone to make that known to me! Love your neighbor as yourself!

Prophets are Servants first!

Amos 3:7 - Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Being a prophet brings along responsibility to this calling, mainly to those who hold the office of a prophet. For one, we read that God reveals His secrets through His servants the prophets. But more importantly, we see this scripture makes it very clear that God’s prophets are also servants! You cannot separate the two! Prophets are actually servants before they ever become prophets! Why this order? Because God trains his prophets to serve first, to root in them the seeds of servitude, seeing this calling and office is to strengthen, exhort, and help others instead of the prophet himself. Even Yahushua reminded us of this very thing here:

Matthew 20: 27-28 - And whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your servant: 28 Even as the Son of man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many.

Let’s look at some scriptures to see prophets God called who were first servants and served others.

Exodus 3:1 - Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father-in-law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, even to Horeb.

Moses served his father-in-law in the backside of the desert for 40 years until God sent him as a prophet to deliver the children of Israel out of Egypt. We see Moses honored his father-in-law even after his great exaltation among the children of Israel that God gave him when he accepted the advice of his father-in-law in Exodus 18:17-24.

1 Samuel 17: 34-35 - And David said unto Saul, Thy servant kept his father's sheep, and there came a lion, and a bear, and took a lamb out of the flock: 35 And I went out after him, and smote him, and delivered it out of his mouth: and when he arose against me, I caught him by his beard, and smote him, and slew him.

David also went and served King Saul as King Saul asked of him, even though David was already anointed to be King Saul’s successor. We know from scripture that David was a prophet (Acts 2:29-30)

Numbers 11:28 - And Joshua the son of Nun, the servant of Moses, one of his young men, answered and said, My lord Moses, forbid them.

Joshua served Moses the prophet, seeing God was planning for Joshua to lead and serve as prophet in Moses’ place for the Children of Israel at that time. We see this succession take place in Joshua chapter 1 after Moses died.

1 Kings 19:21 - And he returned back from him, and took a yoke of oxen, and slew them, and boiled their flesh with the instruments of the oxen, and gave unto the people, and they did eat. Then he arose, and went after Elijah, and ministered unto him.

We see in this cloud of witnesses that these prophets first were servants, along with other prophets God has called in times past. I myself have even taken this yoke of servitude to serve another prophet whom God has put me under. The same patterns remain to this day in the ways of God concerning His prophets. I will share a little of my testimony here.

Scene, March 24, 2019
I was looking at two words suspended in the air right next to each other. These two words were right in front of my face. The word on the left read “Moses.” The word next to it on the right was “Servant.” It seems I saw these two words side by side more than once. I believe these letters may have been gold colored.

The Lord sent me to Kansas back in 2013 to begin to serve as a prophet under Roy. Through time God has grown this divine partnership for His purposes in the earth. The message to the dream is simple - I am to serve under Roy as a servant, just as Joshua was a servant to Moses and ministered unto him. It is a parallel picture God gave me to understand in such a timely manner, seeing this is being used to give further understanding in this writing. That morning in our meeting with the Lord, the Lord gave me more understanding.

Meeting, March 24, 2019
HH- Your waiting period of My blessings is coming to an end. Write My faithful words. A deluge of My blessings. Continue to serve as I have called you to in this season. I have called you to serve Roy. To minister unto him as a faithful servant. A faithful steward. No one can take the reservations of blessings I have for you. I have reserved them for you. For your calling, for your purpose, for My plan in the earth. See it that way.

A prophet is a servant first! As being a servant first, the prophet being trained learns how to step into the office of his successor. It is apart of the prophet’s grooming.

Not everyone is a Prophet

I was given two dreams in the night on March 26, 2019, with the second dream being a series of several scenes all connected. I understood most of the meanings of the two dreams because the first one was dealing with my position as a prophet in training. I’m going to share part of the scene from the second dream as it gives understanding to the title in this part of the writing in “not everyone is a prophet.”

Scene, I was looking at another location and I saw large ships moving out to attack. I knew these large ships were Russian military ships coming to us (America). I saw Russian soldiers on these ships with missiles. I saw one ship as it was moving out among the other military ships, with a few Russian soldiers standing at the front, and this part of the ship began to rise up in the air slowly. After seeing these things very clearly I was now standing by a woman I know. I could still see all this going on in this other part of the world, and I was pointing to this event and telling her frantically, “They are coming, they are coming! Can you not see this! Can you not see what I am seeing!” As she looked to where I was pointing in front of us this woman shook her head, “No.” She could not see at all what I was seeing. I then realized she could not see what I was seeing because she was not a prophet. She could not see things in the spirit realm as I was being shown them. I continued to see these ships moving out across the waters from their territory coming straight for America….

The Lord dealt with me further in my meeting that morning.

Meeting, March 26, 2019
L- Lean with Me into the prophetic. Which way Lord? To the right. I then leaned to my right as far as I could without falling over. HH- Not everyone can see what I have shown My prophets. Not everyone is a prophet as you well know. With this understanding comes responsibility. Even responsibility I have entrusted you as a prophet. I am bringing judgment. My judgment is true.

Some understanding concerning the meeting -
The Lord having me lean to the right in the meeting was my action of faith to lean more into the spiritual realm of the prophetic. This also included seeing what others cannot see.

In understanding from these things of the Spirit that not everyone can see what the Lord has revealed to His prophets refers back to - not everyone knows what is being shown in the spirit realm, seeing they are not prophets! Not even the prophet himself knows until the revelation and understanding are given to him or her by the Lord, to explain the secret to those without understanding. Therefore it is the responsibility of a prophet to reveal what has been made known in secret to the people that they may gain understanding and make a choice. Which brings me back to the title of this article - Prophets bring mankind to a choice! But how can a choice be made if one is not given by what God has revealed? Are all prophets? Lets look:

1 Corinthians 12:28-30 - And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles? 30 Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

Ephesians 4:11-12 - And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers; 12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:

Seeing the Church at large has not allowed God’s government (the five-fold ministry of offices) to be set up within her, God will overthrow the harlot and strip her and set up His government outside of her walls she has built up by doctrines and traditions of men. Can any withhold His hand from doing that which He pleases? God put these ministry offices and established them Himself in the earth for a reason. Since the Churches of men have rejected the office of a prophet, the Lord will send his messengers anyways to bring the Church to a choice, a valley of decision. For it is written, “Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness (Ezekiel 28:7)

Let’s look at some patterns in scripture where this very foundational principle of a prophet bringing mankind to a choice is operating.

Jonah 3:4 - And Jonah began to enter into the city a day's journey, and he cried, and said, Yet forty days, and Nineveh shall be overthrown.

1 Kings 18:20-21 - So Ahab sent unto all the children of Israel, and gathered the prophets together unto mount Carmel. 21 And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the Lord be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.

Exodus 32: 25-26 - 25 And when Moses saw that the people were naked; (for Aaron had made them naked unto their shame among their enemies:) 26 Then Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Who is on the Lord's side? let him come unto me. And all the sons of Levi gathered themselves together unto him.

Joshua 24: 14-15 - Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord. 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Acts 2: 36-38 - Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made the same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ. 37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?

Here is by far the greatest choice a prophet, whom also being the Son of God, ever brought before mankind, that being two men who were thieves.

Luke 23: 39-43 - And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. 40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. 42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. 43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise.

There are many other references I could give on a prophet bringing mankind to a decision, whether that be on a small scale or a large scale. The Lord said, “I have given you the foundational purpose of being a prophet.” The foundational purpose of this function is to bring mankind to a choice!
